What is the Vagus Nerve? And how we can use it to relieve stress and anxiety? In this interactive workshop, we will discuss the impact of the Vagus nerve on our mental and physical health. Participants will learn how to stimulate their own Vagus nerve using breathing techniques, humming and other exercises.
We'll finish up with a snack of frozen treats! Pre-register so we buy enough treats for everyone.
