Learn how to research your Cuban family history with professional genealogist, Elizabeth Murray Vargas. Elizabeth will discuss the resources and tools available to get you started in your search for official records, documents, and other information sources. There will be time at the end of the presentation for Q&A.

Elizabeth was born and raised in New Jersey in a bilingual household and recently moved back to New Jersey after living in Miami for the last twenty years. She specializes in U.S South-Atlantic and Mid-Atlantic States, Scotland, Ireland, Spain, Italy, and the Spanish Caribbean, particularly Cuba. She has a dual bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Spanish and is a certificate holder in Genealogical Research from Boston University and ProGen. Elizabeth now works exclusively for Legacy Tree Genealogists as an advanced researcher on their international team. You can read about her on her website www.legacy-quest.com
