Navigator Exchange Program | Navigator Office Hours

Introducing Monthly Office Hours with a Health Insurance Navigator for residents who are uninsured, underinsured or about to lose health insurance coverage and seeking information or assistance with enrolling in a health insurance plan through GetCoveredNJ or NJ FamilyCare (Medicaid). Free 1-on-1 private sessions are available by appointment or walk-in. Navigators can also help consumers learn about financial help through the GetCoveredNJ Marketplace, assist with Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare applications, and explain how to use new health insurance benefits for newly-enrolled consumers. Navigators from Center For Family Services are certified and funded by the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance and not affiliated with any insurance company. All Navigator services are free, confidential and impartial.
