We'll explain terminology in plain language and answer your questions about how health insurance works. We'll discuss what a deductible is; what's the difference between a co-pay and co-insurance; in-network and out-of-network; plus more. Our goal is to help you gain a better understanding of these terms so that you feel more comfortable using your health insurance and making well-informed choices for yourself and for others.
