Join the Teen Advisory Board!

  • Offer input on the library’s programs & services
  • Suggest and/or plan new programs
  • Hang out with other teens
  • Have a snack!
  • Get volunteer hours

This month's meeting will be primarily discussing the Voices Unheard Teen Journalism/Oral History Project and finalizing plans going forward.

All Teens interested should try to attend. 

Voices Unheard will provide a platform to share personal life experiences and shed light on commonly misunderstood issues such as homelessness, substance abuse, mental/physical health, and complex social problems such as poverty or racism. Come be a part of the Voices Unheard Journalism Project at the Plainfield Library.

We are looking for teens to be Interviewers, Writers, and Audio Recorders & Editors!
