Mindfulness for Better Sleep - Sleep is important to us all, and with the mornings getting earlier as we go into the summer months, we can all use a hand getting some effective shut-eye. Our Hope and Healing program for seniors presents this workshop on effective strategies to help you get your best night's sleep. Hope and Healing is a free program in partnership with Robert Woods Johnson Barnabas Health, which offers free virtual meetups for seniors.
