The featured short films tackle issues that may ring familiar and even parallel to the lives of many who identify as lgbtq however the projects also access mainstream issues and themes meant to impact everyone regardless of sexual orientation or gender. The projects to be screened include Her : A Micro Series written by Angie Jackson of Atlanta and directed by Brigid Turner, Raw Materials directed by Soessia Nixon and Tough by Newark based filmmaker Alfonso Johnson.
The talkback panel immediately following the screenings will be moderated by Newark filmmaker and lgbtq activist Erby Beauvil.

Films featured are produced by underrepresented filmmakers from Black, Latino, Asian,Women and LGBTQ communities.
