Are you in grades 6-12? Do you like attending events and programs, or just hanging out, at the library? Do you have ideas about programs the library could offer for teens and tweens? Would you maybe even like to be involved with teen programs?

Plainfield Library wants YOU for the new Teen Advisory Board (TAB)!

A Teen Advisory Board is a teen-centered group that meets on a regular basis. The TAB can advise the library on its services, policies, and collection. TAB also offers an opportunity to create, plan and run activities or projects at the library.

At our first meeting, we'll talk about what the Teen Advisory Board might do and what you want the library to do and know. We'll also have snacks. (There are always snacks.) Registration is not required, but even if you can't make it to the meeting, please sign up and we'll keep you on our mailing list-- letting you know when the TAB will be meeting and sending you the Plainfield Library's monthly bulletin of teen/tween activities.
