Teen Time on the Steps: Hot Chocolate Bar

We're still outdoors due to construction, but we'd love to celebrate December with our teen patrons!

Stop by the library on the College Place steps and get yourself a cup of hot chocolate, then customize it with your choice of toppings -- and learn about the library's online services.

This is a program for teens ages 13-18.
